Terms of Service
Effective: April 10, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using BrewDock, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
BrewDock provides an AI-powered, phone-based email assistant. You call a dedicated phone number, and our AI reads your emails aloud and executes voice commands on your behalf — including replying, archiving, and skipping emails.
3. Account Registration
- -- You must provide a valid phone number
- -- You must connect at least one email account via OAuth
- -- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use BrewDock. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the BrewDock service -- including its software, design, branding, and content -- are owned by BrewDock. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- -- Use the service for illegal purposes
- -- Attempt to access other users' data
- -- Reverse-engineer the service
- -- Use automated systems to make calls to the service
7. Safe Use and Driving
BrewDock is designed as a hands-free, voice-operated service. However:
- -- You are solely responsible for your attention, safety, and the safe operation of any vehicle or machinery while using the service
- -- You must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws regarding phone use while operating a vehicle
- -- BrewDock does not encourage or endorse any use of the service that violates traffic laws or compromises your safety
- -- You should not use the service in any situation where it may distract you from safe driving or operation of machinery
8. Email Actions
When you instruct BrewDock to send a reply, archive, or take other actions on your emails, these are executed on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing AI-drafted replies before confirming them. BrewDock is not liable for emails sent based on your voice instructions.
9. Subscription and Billing
- -- Free tier: 1 hour/month calling time, 1 connected account
- -- Pro tier ($20/month): 6 hours/month, multiple accounts, scheduled calls, priority replies
- -- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
10. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to your current plan continues until the end of your billing period. Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier.
11. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior, or use the service in a way that threatens the security or integrity of BrewDock. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except where immediate action is required.
12. Warranty Disclaimer
BrewDock is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrewDock is not liable for:
- -- Incorrect AI interpretations of your voice commands
- -- Emails sent in error based on voice commands
- -- Service interruptions or downtime
- -- Data loss resulting from third-party providers
- -- Accidents, injuries, property damage, or any other harm arising from use of the service while operating a vehicle or machinery
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrewDock, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of BrewDock shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting legal@brewdock.ai. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. Claims in small claims court are exempt from the arbitration requirement.
16. Modifications
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
